Day 01

Puno - Uros islands and Amantani

We will pick you up from the bus station, so we will take you to our lodge, where you can take a hot shower and have breakfast after this. Between 7.40 a.m. And 8 a.m. The legendary islands of the Uros, where you can observe the life of the Uros people who live on floating reed islands, some of them only 20 meters long.

After a beautiful 3-hour boat ride we arrive at the island of Amantani where we will divide into smaller groups to stay with local families. You have the opportunity to hike to the top of the mountain (4150 m.a.s.l.) to see the Pachamama and Pachatata Temples and enjoy the traditional customs of the islanders. Food and authentic music prepared and performed by designated family meals: lunch, dinner with lodging: rustic accommodation with the family. Maximum altitude: 4150 meters above sea level.

Day 02

Taquile island - Puno - Cusco.

After breakfast, we will take a short boat trip to the neighboring island of Taquile, where we will tour the ruins and visit these beautiful people, world-famous for their intricate and fascinating weavings, after lunch we will take the trip back to Puno. Arrival in the afternoon and transfer back to the bus station at approximately 4 p.m. (so you will take the comfortable bus back to Cusco around 9:30 p.m., so you will return to Cusco at 6:00 a.m. the next morning).
